This is an efficient, expandable, and compact Mekanism Fissile Fuel automation setup.
You'll need 8x Chemical Oxidizer, 6x Chemical Infuser, 2x Rotary Condensentrator, 2x Chemical Dissolution Chamber, 2x Enriching Factory and 2x Isotropic Centrifuge.
It basically just moves resources around (they all do 😆), from one machine to the other, in the right order, so that from the 3 initial resources (Uranium, Sulfur, Fluorite) results in the fuel, which I'm sending to a Quantum Entangloporter ready to be connected on the Fission Reactor fuel input port.
I tried my best to cover all the labels on the images, because there's lots of them, but honestly they're all pretty straight forward and intuitive, you should be just fine placing them on the correct machines just by looking at the labels available on the Label Gun.
