Ars Nouveau Enchanting Apparatus Automation

This code helps you automate all of the Enchanting Apparatus Crafting from the Ars Nouveau mod. This hasn't been broadly tested, so if you encounter any problems with any sort of recipe, let me know in the comments. The deal is to input all items from almost all slots of the input chest to the pedestals and only items from the first slot to the apparatus. This works nicely with Applied Energistics 2 Pattern Provider recipes as they'll always include the main item on the first slot (slot 0). I've used two "every N ticks do" blocks to make sure the recipe starts instantly, otherwise the SFM would send the materials to the pedestals in the first second, and only a second after that send the materials to the apparatus, which isn't very efficient. With the current code, both are sent together as a single operation. This is especially helpful if you're bulk crafting; saving a small amount of time can add up very quickly if you repeat the savings for a lot of recipes.
