ExtendedAE Circuit Slicer - Crystal Assembler | Processor Factory Factory
For this factory automation, you'll need 64x Circuit Slicers and 64x Crystal Assemblers (can be expanded). If you think that's too much and you're still in the early game, try our Inscriber Crafting Automation. There are two separate codes, one for each Factory Manager, so paste them into the correct computer and remove the "--" comment parameter from the name lines (optional). The Circuit recipes (Processing Patterns) should be on the left Pattern Provider, and the Processor recipes on the right Pattern Provider. Yes, it supports all the recipes. The setup should work as it is now if you've followed the images and this description, but you can make it even faster by placing 4 Acceleration Cards on each Circuit Slicer and Crystal Assembler, that would be 512 for all of them, and you may also set them all to auto export without a side, this will make them faster because of the AE2 ramp up mechanic, this can be more easily done by using an AE2 Memory Card to copy an already configured machine settings into all the other machines (optional). This automation is plain simple, and the code follows pretty much this forum's basic standard for factories, outputting the exact amount of materials for as many recipes to multiple processing machines, so that the crafting is done in batches, but this code although so simple, is taken from the BucketSt YouTube channel as shown below, so watch it for a better tutorial than this description, his channel has lots of tutorials and "factories" like this one, it has great explanations on how it works and how to reproduce them that are way beyond the posts I can make on this forum, so be more than sure to check it out.

Mekanism Infusing Factory (Alloy Automation) Factory
This automation allows for an expandable and fast Mekanism Metallurgic Infuser crafting. This code does need the user to modify it when adding new recipes that aren't already covered by it. My approach uses multiple machines, but separates them by chemical type families, that is, I have 12 machines (the infusers) for each of the most common Mekanism chemical resources (48 in total), that is, recipes that use these Extra resources: redstone, carbon, diamond, and obsidian. So, if for some weird reason you want to reproduce with more chemical types, just copy the code and add the new infuser type families. Our goal should be to output exactly the right amount of materials for each recipe on each correct input side of the machine. Some parts of the code that are too specific are rather useless and mostly for optimization purposes; don't mind them. If you want, you may remove them. The Applied Energistics 2 parts are unnecessary and may be removed/replaced with whatever you prefer as an input and output storage/inventory, such as a chest/barrel. Each machine should be labeled as an infuser so we can output energy from the energy source to them, and as per my implementation. Lastly, you just need an input and output storage, where the recipe items will be inserted and taken out. Images #5 and #6 shows the recipes (they're the normal recipe with the normal multiplier amount), make sure the provider for each chest contains the correct recipes. Yes, there's a double batch of redstone-copper infusers, but that's only for symetry, you can leave an empty row or change the doubled row with whatever recipe you think you'll be crafting the most. Edit: I noticed later that with the current configuration it only works flawlessly if all the Infusing Factories used are on the Ultimate tier.

Reaction Chamber Factory Crafting Optimization Factory
The code includes recipes for 3 Reaction Chamber types of craftings, they are: Lava, Water, and Quantum. This means you need a tank (any tank) with those resources, as shown in pictures 3, 4, and 5, and preferably a way to keep them full. If you're going to use any more item recipes that aren't in these codes, just modify the code to include them, following the same existing pattern. There are 3 distinct codes for each Reaction Chamber recipe type. Be sure to correctly split it into the 3 Factory Manager "Computers" and push the labels correctly and separately, just like shown in the images. You may actually completely remove the energy transfer part from the code if you're connecting at least one of the Reaction Chambers to an online AE2 cable, as they already provide energy to the machines. PS: Yes, the redundant part of excessive filtering is necessary, for some reason it wasn't behaving properly without it and wasn't correctly delivering the output to the system, God knows why, but it just works this way, so I wouldn't remove it. NOTE: Some recipes have been multiplied, this will matter if you don't set the recipe amount correctly for the crafting pattern and order a craft that uses less than the minimum amount of materials set to be distributed to each machine, otherwise it works fine, but be sure to set your crafting patterns to use the right amount of materials (and products, for that matter) used in the codes.

Mekanism Crusher & Enrichment Chamber Factory Factory
You may or may not use Applied Energistics to automate this; it works as is. The goal of this automation is to make an expandable factory for any Crusher or Enrichment Chamber recipe. The code is plain simple, you take energy from the accessor (can be a Cube, but will require side specification) and insert on the machines and retain a low amount of items from the input chest (can be connected to an AE2 provider) to each crusher/chamber. This will optimize craftings that take too long because the number of items to process is too high for a single machine, now spread across multiple machines. I've set the retain amount to 9 (a mekanism machine at the Ultimate tier have 9 slots), but you can use something higher or lower, just know that if a higher value than the total slots is set it will use less machines at a time, it will output items to each machine until it reaches that amount and move on to the next machine, it would be wiser to increase the amount of machines rather than this number. I have used 25 machines for this example, but that's just for symmetry; you can definitely use fewer than that, and it would be enough to handle basically any amount of items you may need to process. NOTE: You MUST specify sides for Mekanism machines input and output or else the SFM won't be able to take or insert from that machine. PS: This post includes two codes of two builds for two different types of machines that behave the same way, the code is literally the same, because of this I will rename the machines to just "machine" instead of the specific name, but feel free to modify it as you wish.

Applied Energistics 2 Inscriber Crafting Automation Factory
This is a simple automation I've come up with while playing ATM10. It takes the recipe materials from the barrel/chest and outputs the finished processors to the same chest (you may change that by modifying the code). There are probably easier and more efficient ways to do so, but this one just works, and it's easy to set up. PS: I think that more inscribers making Silicon Circuits would make this setup way more efficient if you plan on bulk crafting. Note: You can use this setup to automate the craftings using an AE2 Pattern Provider, but I would advise using Slicers and Crystal Assemblers for that, as this build is intended for the early game. We already have a build including code and explanation on how to do that on the SFMHub.

Latex and Plastic Sheets Factory (Industrial Foregoing) Factory
This automation helps you produce a whole lot of Latex from the Industrial Foregoing mod. It produces plastic sheets and the latex fluid. The plastic sheets are sent to the system along with the latex fluid, so to store the latex fluid I'd recommend using a fluid storage cell, but you can easily change the code to send it to, sa,y a fluid tank. You will need a block placer to automate this factory; without it, you won't be able to replace the used-up logs. By the way, I'm using acacia because it's most cost-effective, as it produces more with a single log block, but you can use any type of wood. You'll also need a furnace that uses energy, or change the code to use something else if you have a different plan. I'm also using Botany Pots to feed the block placer with logs, but you may also change that to whatever you have. Lastly, as noted on the code, if and only if you change the amounts of liquid transferred to the machines, the production won't be enough to sustain the machines and to send some of it to the system to be stored (and perhaps be used on your Dissolution Chamber setup), so be advised.

Crystal Assembler Factory Factory
The main goal of this build is to automate the crafting of the Applied Flux Redstone Crystal, just because this is a build I made in survival, and I found no other reason to automate other Crystal Assembler recipes other than this one, but feel free to automate anything using the same code pattern shown here. The recipe is doubled, so if you're automating using a pattern provider, be sure to multiply the resource amount by how many times you think it is reasonable. We're using a strategy where if we split the total amount we want to craft into multiple machines (still following the minimal resources needed for each recipe), we'll finish the crafting faster than one single machine with a bunch of resources. Just know that there is probably a sweet spot where you may send more than one recipe resource to a single machine to make it still busy until the next input feeding cycle starts, and that an amount over that will make the crafting less efficient by not utilizing as many machines as possible.

Snow Ball Factory using XyCraft Extractors Factory
This is a dead-simple Snow Ball farm using XyCraft Extractors. All you need to do is set up the "Snowman" above the extractors and connect the cables. Note that the extractors only output to the opposite face of the block where it's placed (it's pretty damn intuitive which block face is the "beak"). The whole build idea is honestly more about exploring some resource generation that can take advantage of SFM to create an expandable farm that you can just connect to more generators, rather than really the code being complex and hard to come up with.

Mud & Clay Factory using XyCraft Extractors & Mekanism Factory
I've built this simple clay farm setup using XyCraft Extractors to generate mud from a dirt block touching water, then processed the mud into clay using an Enrichment Chamber from Mekanism. You may also process the mud into dirt using an Integrated Dynamics [Mechanical] Drying Basin or Squeezer. Mud is nice to have mass-produced. PS: Remember to set your Mekanism machine input and output sides to the corresponding code sides.
